Do you understand your insurance policy?

Your Celgene Patient Support® Specialist will guide you through your insurance policy. We will also help you explore financial resources if you do not have enough insurance or need help paying for out-of-pocket costs.

What is a prior authorization? Does my insurance plan require this?

An insurance plan may need to approve the use of a medication before they will pay for it. This is called prior authorization. Your Celgene Patient Support® Specialist will help determine whether a prior authorization is needed for your medication. We will work with your doctor’s office throughout the prior authorization process.

What if my insurance will not cover my medication?

Every insurance policy has different rules about which drugs and procedures will be covered. If you have been denied coverage for a Celgene product, we can explore appeals or other coverage options.

What if I do not have enough insurance?

Even if you have insurance, your coverage may be limited. If you need help with co-payments or have out-of-pocket expenses with your Celgene products, there are resources that may help you. We will help you find resources available to you.
