Celgene prescription process for restricted distribution products
Certain Celgene products are only available through restricted distribution
programs. Restricted
distribution programs are mandated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) because of the
risks associated with certain medications.
You must enroll in the program required for your medication. You must agree to the program’s rules. Then you can fill your prescription. Contact your Celgene Patient Support® Specialist at 1-800-931-8691 for more information about these programs.

Certain Celgene medications are only available through restricted distribution programs. These medications require extra steps
in order for you to get your prescription. As part of these steps, the pharmacy registered to fill your prescription may call you

with out-of-pocket costs, your Celgene Patient Support® Specialist can tell you about possible financial
assistance resources based on your individual circumstance.
