Understanding Insurance Coverage and Reimbursement

Medicaid

Did you know that 4 out of 5 patients who requested assistance from Celgene Patient Support® received their medication? We have helped more than 25,000 patients since 2007.

Medicaid helps many people who cannot afford medical care pay for some or all of their medical bills. Medicaid programs differ by state. Medicaid is available only to people with limited income. You must meet certain eligibility rules to qualify for Medicaid.

Medicaid is different from Medicare. If you have Medicare and have limited financial resources, you may also be eligible for some type of Medicaid benefit. This is called dual eligibility.
