People with Medicare who have limited income and resources may get extra help to pay for some healthcare and medication costs. This may include help with paying for monthly premiums, deductibles, prescription, coinsurance and co-payments. For more information, visit the Social Security Administration website.

Remember, those who qualify will need to apply again every year to receive this low-income subsidy.
