State Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs

Did you know that 4 out of 5 patients who requested assistance from Celgene Patient Support® received their medication?

If your patient cannot afford the medication you have prescribed, financial assistance may be available through State Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs (SPAP). These programs can help with the cost of prescription drugs, and may also provide financial support for your patient's deductibles and/or co-pays.

Each state that offers a plan has a unique prescription drug benefit program(s) with its own eligibility requirements and application process. Select your state within the map below or from the drop-down list to reveal contact information for your state’s pharmaceutical assistance program. Not all states offer these programs. Your Celgene Patient Support® Specialist can help you contact the programs in your state to learn what resources may be available to your patient.
